Housing Tip of the Week 4.1.2024 Homeowner’s Property Tax Credit

The Homeowner's Property Tax Credit is a Maryland credit to help reduce your tax liability if you earn $60,000 or less. The credit has to be applied for each year. While the deadline is in October, we are encouraging you to please apply in April because when you do your tax returns the same information is needed on the application. Have your tax preparer help with the form now. Also, the reduction in your taxes could count for this year's taxes if you apply now. Please see the details here.
