JP Morgan Chase “What Works” in community revitalization report

JP Morgan Chase has begun to make significant investments in Baltimore's future, just as they have across the country. They have supported numerous initiatives in cities like Detroit, Cleveland, and others which have successfully reduced vacant properties and created intentional mixed income communities. In their recent What Works report, JP Morgan Chase outlines the key components and best practices in revitalization strategies that work across the country. I am really excited to see that these four components are exactly what I've been promoting to tackle the vacant property crisis head on. You can read the report here.
