Commemorate Maryland Day March 25th

March 25th is the date when in 1635 settlers landed at what is now St. Mary's County and established the Maryland colony. Maryland Day was formally established in 1916 by the Maryland General Assembly and a day dedicated to learning Maryland's history. Here is a brief history of Maryland Day, as well as this link.
