Many of you are doing some delicious cooking this holiday season and we want to remind you how to properly dispose of fats, oils, and grease. You do not want to pour it down your drain! This can cause your drains to clog up. Whether you are a business or at home, it is important to allow the grease to solidify and then dispose of it in the trash. Again, not down your drain!
