Housing Tip of the Week

If you are renting an apartment or house, it is extremely important to get Renter's Insurance. Renter's Insurance covers any losses or damages to your belongings. We had a fire recently in our district, and luckily the renters had insurance. We have also had fires where the renters did not have insurance. They lost all of their belongings with no money to clean or buy new items. This is not just in cases of a fire, but also if there is water damage or anything else.
