Resources

For city services requests: Dial 311 or use the 311 App or website for all your city services needs, then please send the confirmation number to the District 14 office so that the team can escalate the request. City services include traffic calming, illegal dumping, water leaks, sewage overflows, tree services, housing code violations, and more. 

Tree trimming and removal: Please contact 311 to report tree issues and send the confirmation number to Councilwoman Ramos’. Many of you are awaiting tree services and we are working on them.

Water Bill Assistance: There are two helpful resources to assist with water bills.

Estate Planning: Estate planning is critical to ensure that homes stay in the family. The Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service can assist with free estate planning resources. Call 443-451-4072 or go to their website at https://mvlslaw.org/volunteer/estate-planning-administration-resources/ 

Homeowners Property Tax Credit can help to reduce your taxes. Residents must earn less than $60,000/year and must apply each year. Call 410-767-5900 or go to their website https://dat.maryland.gov/realproperty/Pages/Homeowners'-Property-Tax-Credit-Program.aspx 

Home repair programs for low income and older adult residents:
