My heart is heavy after the loss of two of our residents in the devastating fire in our district. My sincere condolences go to the family who lost their loved ones. Our firefighters responded immediately and I’m grateful. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. I was on the scene all day yesterday working with all agencies and partners to help the displaced families and the family who suffered their loss. Thank you to the amazing neighbors who allowed affected residents in their homes, who came with coffee and food, and who have already helped so much.
