Baltimore Regional Water Task Force - City Council Resolution for Immediate Adoption Introduced Today

Today I am introducing a resolution for immediate adoption that will send a message to the Baltimore Regional Water Governance Task Force that certain items need to be included in their deliberations, including storm water, equity, majority votes for Baltimore City, and inclusion in the City Council in the process.
