Dec 10th marks 2 years serving as Your Councilwoman

Today marks two years that I have been your Baltimore City Councilwoman. I am so honored to be here, and thank you so much for this opportunity!

Whew! Two years has flown by! It's been a lot of fun and together - with your help - we have accomplished a lot!

• Initiated the charter amendment for the Independent Office of the Inspector General

• Passed several pieces of legislation to address vacant properties

• Initiated Tax Sale reform efforts

• Advocated for our residents on 35th Street and Hillen to finally mitigate the catastrophic flooding in the area.

• Worked with the Department of Transportation to install several speed bumps and other traffic calming in our district - with more coming!

• Continue to resolve issues in our communities.

It has been the honor of my lifetime to serve as your Councilwoman. Its the hardest job I’ve ever had, and the best! We’ve been through a lot together these two years, and I look forward to more!
