Introducing Baltimore ’s Land Bank

Councilwoman Odette Ramos and Councilman James Torrence will introduce legislation to create the Land Bank Authority of Baltimore City (LBA). Both Councilmembers have convened stakeholders for over 2 years to work on this quasi-government entity. The sole purpose of LBA is to address the vacant crisis in the city. The legislation will be introduced during Council meeting on March 13th.
