Housing Tip of the Week - 8.19.2024 Renter’s Tax Credit

For our Housing Tip of the Week I wanted to remind everyone about the Renter's Tax Credit. This is a state tax credit available for Renters with low income. It is based on the amount of rent paid that is attributable to property taxes paid by the owner. This is an important tax credit that not enough people take advantage of.
