New Tax Sale Exemption Program - apply today

Thanks to Councilwoman McCray, during the last City Council session, legislation was passed to remove certain homeowners from tax sale each year. If you are an older adult, disabled, or of low income, please apply for this program. All applications are due April 15, 2022. Here is the link for more information. This program is something I worked on in the General Assembly in my former role with the Community Development Network of Maryland. It is so awesome to see the fruits of so many advocates and elected officials’ labor come to fruition!
