Water 4 All - new water discount program launches

The City's new water discount program is finally here! This program helps residents - homeowners and renters- afford their water bills. The discount is determined by income level. Here is the link for more information and to sign up, or you can call 410-396-5555 to enroll. Anyone who was enrolled in the old program (bh20) must sign up for the new program.
