DPW Listening Tour notes and slides 3.29.2021

Thanks to DPW for their detailed presentation about the service requests in our District, the new SOS Program to help with basement backups, and each division within the department including the Equity division. We were honored to have the leadership of Acting Director Garbark and division leaders on our call. Constituents were able to ask questions and get specific assistance on issues such as water bill disputes, explanations on water billing, and more. Here is the slide presentation with lots of details.
